Fairmont Orchid Hotel Waikoloa, Waikoloa

Our stay at the Fairmont Orchid was mixed. The grounds are stunning, and the staff’s hospitality is commendable, but our room didn't meet expectations, particularly regarding the ocean view we were promised. The dining options are quite overpriced, and we faced unexpected charges at checkout. Overall, while we enjoyed the beauty and some aspects of our stay, there are definitely areas that need improvement.
